Information Notice on the right of withdrawal and return of faulty and non-conforming goods
Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 14 days from when you or any appointed third-parties (i) receive the product or (ii) if several products on one order are delivered separately, from the date the last product was received.
To exercise this right, you can send an explicit declaration to Maglieria Italiana srl, with registered office: Via E. Reginato 16, 31100 Treviso, sending an email to email@example.com stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal, then you will receive an acceptance email from Maglieria Italiana srl.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your request before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which Maglieria Italiana srl receives your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such refunds using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having dispatched the goods, whichever is the earliest.
If you have received the product, please return it to Maglieria Italiana srl without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day you sent notice of your withdrawal. The deadline shall be met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you exercise your right of withdrawal via the website using the return service provided by the website, before confirming the withdrawal request, the cost to return the goods will be indicated.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Customer Service will send you a confirmation email with shipping instructions and instructions on how to change or request a refund for the purchased product.
